Couch Therapy invites you into a thoughtful, grounding conversation about clarifying what you truly want in the next season of your life—without shrinking it, over-explaining it, or measuring it against someone else’s path.
Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and what you genuinely need to feel stable, supported, loved, and well. This session creates space to pause and reflect, helping you release goals that no longer fit your real life and name intentions that actually align with who you are now.
Attendees will be guided to identify meaningful goals across core areas of life and connect each one to purpose rather than pressure. The result is greater clarity, less comparison, and a steadier sense of direction moving forward.
