Creative Girls Rock® Monthly Zumba Classes
Join Creative Girls Rock® for our monthly Zumba classes as part of our Mental Health and Wellness Initiative! These high-energy sessions are designed to promote movement, confidence, self-care, and community in a fun and supportive environment.
Held every second Saturday of the month (unless otherwise noted), participants will enjoy an energizing experience that blends music, dance, and wellness while creating space to relieve stress and prioritize mental health.

Teens and adults ages 13 and up
Participants under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult
