7th Annual Back-2-School Bash
Creative Girls Rock® is excited to host the 7th Annual Back-2-School Bash on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 12:00 PM–2:00 PM, in partnership with Mt. Zion Baptist Church (MTZ), The PENCIL Foundation, and other community organizations.
Together, we aim to equip 2,000 students and families for a successful school year by providing backpacks filled with essential school supplies, art supplies, and valuable community resources. Through the generosity of our sponsors, volunteers, and community partners, we are helping ensure every student begins the school year prepared, confident, and ready to learn.
In addition to backpack distribution, families will have access to community resource vendors, educational and wellness resources, giveaways, entertainment, and family-friendly activities that celebrate students as they head back to school.
