A Juneteenth Celebration!
Creative Girls Rock®️ and The Equity Alliance are teaming up for a powerful collaboration in honor of Juneteenth with an evening experience themed "Arts & Activism: Boots on the Ground." Designed for adults, men and women, 21 and up, this event will blend artistic expression with cultural empowerment, celebrating Black history, identity, and resilience.
Event Theme:
Boots on the Ground symbolizes action, awareness, and advocacy—grounded in history, rooted in identity, and designed to uplift the voices of our community.

Celebrate and honor Black culture, heritage, and identity through creative expression.
Highlight the power of art as a tool for activism, storytelling, and collective healing.
Provide an inclusive space for meaningful dialogue and intergenerational connection.
Inspire community engagement and adult participation in cultural events such as Juneteenth.

I agree upon submitting my resgiteration, hereby release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue and agree to hold harmless Creative Girls Rock, Inc. (“CGR”) its officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and assigns (collectively “Releases”), from any and all claims, demands, and actions of any and every kind directly or indirectly arising out of, or relating in any respect to my participation in any of CGR programming and/or events.
The waiver and release of all claims, demands, actions, and liability shall include without limitation, any injury, illness, death, property damage or loss to the participant which may be caused by any act, or failure to act, by the Releases, unless such injury, illness, death, property damage or loss is a direct result of the willful misconduct of any Releases.
I understand that, without limitation of the foregoing, neither CGR nor any affiliates of the or the Program, shall be liable and each is hereby released from all claims that may arise from loss or damage to you or your personal property.
PHOTO RELEASE
Creative Girls Rock® does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
By registering for and/or participating in Creative Girls Rock® ("CGR") programs and services, I/We understand that CGR may publish still photographs, moving images, sound recordings and/or videos ("Images") of my child and/or me through newspapers, radio, TV, the internet, social media, DVDs, displays, brochures, and other types of media without payment or any consideration and without notifying me.
I/We understand and agree that these Images will become the property of CGR, and I/We irrevocably authorize CGR to publish or distribute these Images for the purpose of publicizing its events, programs, and services or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I/We waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my child’s likeness or my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising out of or related to the use of the Images.
